Team Lead / Area Sales Manager

As a sales executive you are key to the company's success and are directly responsible for maximizing the sale for our product. You will be working with small and big clients to build CHERRINET ISP presence in the market with thoughtful and structured approach towards sales

Key Responsibilities:

  • Should handle sales team through direct channel (Sale & Sr.Sales Executive)
  • Assuring revenue growth through new acquisitions as well as maintaining from assigned customers accounts.
  • Identifying & appointing new channel partners on regularly basis to enhance the numbers & revenue as well in defined territory.
  • Should handle a team of 15 to 40 direct sales executives and ensuring numbers on daily/weekly basis.
  • Achieving sales targets as per designated budgets using market intelligence.
  • Managing the Sales promotion activities like Seminars, Presentations, Road Shows, Customer meets, Participation in fairs & exhibitions etc. to enhance visibility of the organization and generate revenue for additional business.
  • Handled Direct Sales Team (DST) with respective to sales and Business Development and also Setting their targets and responsible to meet their ROI with respective business revenue.
  • Frequently Travel to assigned territory as per Pre Journey Plan for channel partners & Sales Team review and new customer meeting to assure new business.
  • Preparation of monthly sales activity Plan and complete execution.
  • Responsible for updating CRM reports, Funnel and daily basis sales report and channel business report.

Telecaller- Team Leader (4 Nos)

The Telesales Team Leader is responsible for monitoring and managing team of Telesales and service executives, ensuring lead generation and conversion into sales leading to revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring and managing a team of Telesales executives and driving productivity.
  • Controlling attrition.
  • Ensuring that the executives meet the hourly/daily/monthly targets and sending reports to the manager on the targets achieved.
  • Periodically reviewing the performance of the team, constantly motivating executives driving them towards incentives.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Excellent verbal communication, telephone etiquette, fluency in English and the regional language, selling and telemarketing skills, persuasive skills, listening skills.

As a sales executive you are key to the company's success and are directly responsible for maximizing the sale for our product. You will be working with small and big clients to build CHERRINET ISP presence in the market with thoughtful and structured approach towards sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Managers and Secretary on creating and planning a sales structure to be followed and implemented.
  • Identify new clients, markets and business opportunities and arrange meetings with potential customers.
  • Visit potential clients in Corporates SME & Gated Communities.
  • Maintain relationships with clients, and ensure regular purchase cycle is maintained
  • Act as the point of contact between customers and company and work on developing newer relationships
  • The terms of an agreement with a view to closing sales, while following company guidelines
  • Provide customer and client feedback to the company and suggest product developments and promotions based on market knowledge
  • Based on companies requirement, attend trade exhibitions and other events to represent the company

Skills and Competencies:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks swiftly, and follow through to achieve business goals.

Job Roles:

  • Good Understanding on object oriented programming (OOP) and design patterns.
  • Hands on design and development experience in SQL,WCF & Web Services(Min 1 Yr)
  • Hands on design and development experience in Core Java ( Min 1 Yr) & Knowledge in Data Integration Tools Like Talend (Not Mandatory)
  • Experience in SQL programming (MS SQL & MY SQL Server 2008 and above with Store Procedures, Aggregate Function, Group By) and (SSIS &SSRS is a plus)
  • Proficient in AJAX, XML, JavaScript, and HTML
  • Should have good communication and writing skills
  • Should be able to draft Software Requirement / Business Requirement documents
